Personalisation

Any jewellery or item personalised for you cannot be returned or exchanged. When ordering please be very careful to check your order before submitting it to us.

Warranty

During the warranty period of six months from purchase, we will repair or replace without charge, anything purchased that proves to have a manufacturing defect. We will require to be emailed in the first instance and the item returned at your own cost with the original receipt.  If a defect is found, the item will be repaired or replaced and your postage refunded.
