We will try to pack and process as fast as we can, this will normally be within 24 hours of us receiving your order, we will always try to be faster but at busy times, like Christmas you might have to bear with us.

Click and collect
All items on the website can be purchased online and then collected from the Bailgate, Lincoln. This may well be faster if your in and around Lincoln and fancy a trip to the Bailgate. If you could wait to receive your email/text confirming its ready for collection before you leave home.
Returns Policy
We hope that you will love your purchase, and we really try hard to describe it accurately. But if you are unhappy then you must return to us at your own expense within 28 days, in the original intact packaging.

Website Re-Opening Summer 2023
My retirement was way too soon, I've enjoyed my break, but I miss my shop, my customers and my makers. So I've decided to re-open my website and I'll see how it goes from there.
